1: Exclusively Alpaca reserves the right to periodically update prices on the website & will make every effort to ensure prices are accurate at the point at which the buyer places an order.
2: Exclusively Alpaca will not be held accountable, under any circumstances, for removing any items from the website, for declining to process or cancel an order.
3: Exclusively Alpaca Guarantees that the products, at the moment of shipment, will match the description provided on the website for these items.
4: Orders will be sent out promptly, & in most instances, dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order (excluding weekends & bank holidays). Additional details can be found under the Shipping tab on the website. Purchasers from countries other than the UK will need to secure any necessary import licenses & pay any import duties/taxes due. Products will be sent to the postal address specified in the Shipping Address section of the website order.
5: If a package is lost, the purchaser should notify Exclusively Alpaca, providing the order/ invoice number as soon as possible. Upon receipt of this information, Exclusively Alpaca will initiate a tracking process. If Exclusively Alpaca confirms that the goods have been lost, a replacement package will be sent out or a refund issued. Ownership of the goods will only be transferred to the buyer once the goods have been successfully delivered.
6: Upon receipt of the goods, the purchaser should promptly inspect them & inform Exclusively Alpaca of any damage or discrepancies with the order via letter, email, or phone. If the buyer does not report these issues within 7 days of delivery, it will be considered as an acceptance of the goods by the buyer.
7: If the purchaser is dissatisfied with the products for any reason, they can be sent back to Exclusively Alpaca (provided they are unused & in their original packaging) within 7 days of receiving them as long as Exclusively Alpaca has been notified by email of the intention to return the goods. The items can be exchanged or refunded excluding postage, but the reason for the return must be stated. All costs associated with the return postage & packaging are the responsibility of the purchaser as are those of exchanges. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to any refund.
8: Force Majeure If there are events or circumstances beyond Exclusively Alpaca’s reasonable control that cause a delay or failure in fulfilling obligations, Exclusively Alpaca’s will not be held responsible. Furthermore, Exclusively Alpaca has the right to a reasonable extension of time to fulfil its obligations.
9: Where the buyer is acting as a consumer & is protected by implied legal rights, if Exclusively Alpaca breaches these terms & conditions, the buyer’s recourse will only be for damages. These damages will not, under any circumstances, surpass the cost of the goods. Furthermore, Exclusively Alpaca will not be held accountable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages under any circumstances.
